App sucks to check in with, but the associate Sara inside the shop made everything super easy. Definitely recommend this location over all the others in Green Bay.

I've always had good customer service from uhaul but I tell ya what Sara at the main st location in green bay is the bomb I can't say enough good things about her, never met or saw her before and well life has been challenging lately her kindness her professionalism is beyond words ❤ thank you Sara we need more people like you in this world

Excellent customer service. I worked with General Manager Jarod Cole , he was top notch. This is the 2nd time we had a hitch installed on one of our vehicles and the service and work are excellent. The price was several hundred dollars lower than our car dealership. Highly recommend U-Haul ! Thank you Jarod for making this experience a positive one.
