The customer service was offensive at this particular location. Would have rather patronize the other local location but unfortunately wasn't able to due to low inventory. I felt U-Haul Easton profiled my husband and required information that wasn't necessary. We've dealt with MANY other U-Hauls in the past years and NEVER encountered an experience as this one. I did reach out to the Corporate Office to express my concerns and encourage U-Haul to educate their employees & dealers.

Trick bag mileage pricing. I was quoted .99 cents a mile but ended being charged $1.29 a mile. When I mentioned it, the girl behind the counter shrugged her shoulders and was like nothing I can do, sorry!
