Dang, I was so late with my payment for my storage unit, but no one gave me a hard time. The ladies behind the computers were smiling and made me feel a little better about paying the finance charges.

To say I had a terrible experience at the Easton Ocean Gateway location over the weekend (8/19/23) is an understatement. During check-in the only window clerk working there refused to review my account to verify if I had an emergency contact in my profile. Then she selected the incorrect truck drop off location. Upon asking her to update the location she refused my request for a second time. The location she selected was over 30 minutes away from my house instead of the one in my neighborhood that is only 5 minutes away. Never mind there were no other customers waiting for service during this time. When I asked to speak with a manager to address my concern, there was none on site according to her. Then as a final act, wait, wait, she threatened to call the police if I didn’t leave the premises. I believe the clerk’s name is Sierra in case you happen to visit this site. I waited for the police as I would have loved to talk to them but they never came. I will definitely not be going to this UHAUL location in the future.
