Get rid of all of the mice because there was one in one of my bags and now it’s in my house and the customer service needs to be way better and they need to learn how to communicate
They were understaffed (1 person at counter and 1 said they could only help those on the phone) There were no less than 7 customers in the store and i waited over 30 minutes to get assistance. My rental time was at 9am I didn't get it until a little after 10am. I didn't receive the link to start the pick up process until almost 5 pm. I returned the truck at almost 2 pm. That was a huge problem. Why didn't I receive that link PRIOR to me picking up the truck? The staff was rude. The truck TT2525D only had enough fuel to get to the gas station. I inquired about the fuel level and was told to just return it on empty. I will definitely look elsewhere for another company to rent a truck from in the future. U Haul really sucked and I am VERY VERY doubtful that I will use you again. I am also passing on my experience to my friends and family as a warning. Also, I wanted to use the North Point location but the night before I was advised that I had to use the Pulaski Hwy location because the truck that I needed was not returned by another customer and that they did not have another one there. I was inconvenienced by having to go to a different location. My overall experience was the worst that it could have been. I am so disappointed in my experience.
The truck I rented for my move was very clean and even had bluetooth, which was nice. My pick up was supposed to be contactless but I had some issues with the app but the staff at the store was able to help get me the truck with no issues. The team members were very helpful. I was rerouted on my way to return the rental and the call center and the staff at the drop off location were extremely accommodating and helped make my drop off a breeze. Very friendly and always the best pice for moving services.
The same day I rented the unit is was broken in to. An associate called me yesterday to tell me that someone had things in the unit, but they were taking care of it. I went there last night the door was off the track and damaged. I took pictures and video. Also, I've been charged for due to U-Haul having to move my unit.
I'm a customer relations Director. This should have been handled by management, not your associates.
