U-Haul Moving & Storage of Edison

I was not told about needing a permit for my Ubox delivery destination until 2 days before delivery date, when I had the services booked for months prior . I was not in the state so I had to have the Ubox delivered to the U-Haul Edison location, instead of my front door as
Discussed. I had movers scheduled to access the box originally at my original date 12/21. I was not able to reschedule the services for the movers and I could not get the permit in time time due to the holiday. I had to rent a U-Haul Truck to pull the ubox. I had no assistance to help move my items at this point date of 12/23 so I rented a utility dolly online when I received the truck. I got to my destination and there was not dolly in the rental truck. I had to drag a very heavy wood dresser to move it, with no dolly. It was ruined. I will never use your services again. It was the worst experience all around.

Gave us a busted trailer and ended up getting tickets for it.
