U-Haul Moving & Storage of El Cajon

Customer service at this location sucks , the front desk employee was very rude and unknowledgbeable , not to mention that they always make me wait longer than i should, they never have the equipments ready before i show up , I'll never comeback to this location, I've been to a lot of Uhual locations in San diego and this one by far is the worst!

The fact that it was so simple and quick to do and that your employees were very informative and on point with the knowledge of the company.

Truck was easy to drive & well maintained - nice staff - wait time was around 10 minutes

management was great!!!!!!!!!!! This team was easy to deal with.

Very friendly people. Nice clean vehicles.
