U-Haul Moving & Storage of Elizabeth

Omar is absolutely terrible at his job. Completely made me waste my time. Going with a different moving company. Absolutely unprofessional. Would walk away and tend to people that just walked in before finishing what he was doing.

Although the reserved truck was unavailable, I was informed early and given options. The rental process, including the return, was fast and professional.

Good personnel and services

After a very bad experience or lack of with the U-Haul in Roselle, New Jersey, which is off of Saint Georges Avenue, we came to this place. Sure it is very dirty, but the bathroom and clearly marked hand sanitizers made us 'feel' that much cleaner; we suppose. Unfortunately, we cannot say the same for the filthy exterior and somewhat unclean interior of the rental vehicles. The self-service option with U-Haul is horrible as much as the personnel seated to watch the self storage center rather than being there to actually service you and your rental needs.
