I had the best costumer service here!! I Wana say she said her name was Bri, she was SOOOOO polite and knew exactly what she was doing! Also the manager here was amazing.
These young lady's were phenomenal! This is the cleanest U-Haul I have ever been too, fast and friendly service. Thank you guys again!

Hands down the best and most efficiently and smoothly run U-Haul rental experiences I've ever had.
The friendly, courteous staff (wish I'd gotten their names to pass on to upper management for kudos) ran the entire process like seasoned experts and professionals.
They made what I expected to be a long-drawn-out process (based on past rental experiences) quick, easy and simple. I stood in a line of seven customers, and they had ALL of us checked in and on our way well under 10-minutes, if not shorter! It was incredible! And the facility was the cleanest, brightest, spacious and best organized U-Haul center I've ever seen.
They even provided a parking space for me to leave me POV while I used their rental truck, which was clean and equipped with a much-needed sunshield because of the triple digit heat as of late.
Returning the truck was just as quick and smooth as the rental itself. I can say with all sincerity, this location is now my go to spot for my moving truck rental needs. You folks are awesome! THANK YOU, STAFF!

The staff that were on duty on Saturday afternoon at 12 at check out on 9/29/24 were absolutely amazing. They were friendly, professional, and helpful.
We did overfilled the gas tank by 10.00. There should be a way to compensate the customer. You charge for the rental plus mileage plus gas tank must be filled back to the level we received it at. We did that but found it difficult to judge if enough gas had been replaced. We were told that they could not refund or minus the mileage cost. Being that everything is so expensive, when your customer has complied by your rules, refunds if warranted, should be done. That was explained to us after we returned the truck.
Other than that, it was a very smooth experience.

The UHaul app can use some work. There was difficulty loading photos as well as going through the return process

I will never return to this U-Haul location, and my experience here has made me question U-Haul in general. When I picked up my rental, there were two people at the desk, both of whom seemed unfriendly. I noticed the group in front of me mention that they had rented two trucks, but this location only had one available, despite there being plenty of trucks outside. When the group inquired about the trucks outside, the person at the desk didn’t seem to care and refused to help, instead referring them to a phone number. When it was my turn, the staff was equally impolite. When I was ready to leave, I ended up having to connect my own trailer. Normally, I would never do that, but by the time I left, I had already been there for an hour. It has never taken an hour to get a reserved rental at other locations.

If you rent from this U-Haul, be aware that there may be issues. Make sure you have plenty of time.
