Review:

We called and specifically requested a liftgate. We were assured the truck we would have had a liftgate. When we arrived, we were told that Uhaul doesn’t have liftgates. The male representative at the local Elk Grove U-Haul was rude. There was no reason. When we returned the unit the next morning, he was there again with the same attitude. How unfortunate - it cost nothing to be kind.
