U-Haul Moving & Storage of Elmira

This place has rats in the storage I lost a lot of my belongings because of it. They literally destroyed things in my storage don't use this place if u care about your stuff.

Mariah was great! The truck was parked by the door so I didn't have to go through the parking lot to find it. The male employee was friendly. My entire experience was excellent! One thing...secure the dolly in the back so it doesn't scare the bejezus out of the driver when stopping and slamming into the front wall of the back...LOL!

Some past reviews left me skeptical but I'm glad I gave this U-Haul store a try. The store was clean and organized. The 15 foot truck I rented was very functional and in good working order. I'd say the overall positive feature was the staff. Everyone was very nice and helpful - to the point of above and beyond good customer service. A great experience!

These guys rob you. The online order is a lie. When you pick up everything price wise changes. A joke of a business and a joke of employees. Never again.
