U-Haul Moving & Storage of Elmira

This place may be the worst storage units I have ever been to before. when i opened my storage unit, there was ripped plastic bags of clothing and rat poop everywhere. When i asked them for my money back they keep refusing. Don’t go to storage units like this place ever.

Not this particular place but uhaul in general sucks as a company. You can never get a hold of a local person just wait on hold for the next available which takes forever. I do believe this is my last rental unless I'm desperate. Trying to rent a trailer is a real joy also(sarcasm).

This is the biggest uhaul I've seen. I received thorough, professional service. While I was in line an angry Karen called. She was entitled rude and bossy. We all heard her because she was on speaker. It was busy so they were trying to multi task. The woman was angry because she had been put on hold each time she called as was I! That's what life is like. You wait patiently. Anyway. They answered her questions without emotion. Handled very well. Love Uhaul and really liked this store
