Place constantly loses reservations. Very unorganized and long lines for service.

Nothing on the website that alerts you they will only hold your truck for whatever time they want. They gave my truck to someone else because I was 'late.' There is no way of knowing that up front. Serena Risdon was horribly rude about the whole thing. That makes a bad situation worse. She doesn't have to be so snotty. Don't ask to see a manager, she is the manager. Must be difficult to hire quality folks at this place. Go to Home Depot or Cooper Deli to rent a truck instead.

I liked that it was ready to go, but the employees seemed a bit lazy.
