Go to your local Uhaul renter, these guys are sticklers for ridiculous rules that no one uhaul place ive been to has, was a hair under the 3/8 gas, they charged $24. They require a phone call to someone you know, a phone call to your workplace, a deed to your house or mortgage lease, and a piece of mail in order to rent a dolley, and on the app when i rented it, i was told none of that, so of course i didnt have any of these things prepared. Ive rented many Uhauls and never had this poor of an experience. I would never rent from here again.

Nothing really good to say. The associate was upset and cussing. It was busy, but she was very unprofessional. The trucks weren't being looked over quickly so they were turning people away. Then they charged me fir insurance which I not only declined on my app, but in person at check in.
