U-Haul Moving & Storage of Elyria

I have to leave my stuff for one night in the truck and that night rain ,next day when I start taking out everything from the truck half of my stuff was wet really bad that truck have a leak so was really sucks

Pick up and return and use of truck.

Why does this place have so many bad reviews???? We had a great experience!! Everyone working here was very kind, communicative, patient, and understanding. My u-haul was perfect and we had no problems with check in and check out. I was actually concerned because there were so many bad reviews, but I don't think that reflects the employees or the equipment! We scheduled same day pick up like 2 hours before we needed it, and it worked out perfectly fine :) 5 stars!
