Extremely rude employees. Rented a 26 foot for the entire weekend. When we went in to pick up, we were asked 'do you have this truck ALL weekend?' And we replied 'yes'. The woman then rolled her eyes, said 'you're killing me' and walked away without helping. The other employee explained that it's they busy time and we're 'taking away from their business'. Confusing bc we are their business as we're paying for the service. When I explained their unprofessional behavior, the employee became argumentative and even ruder. I filed a complaint with corporate as well.
