Very helpful staff been an excellent experience with them and the 10ft truck moving to Escanaba Michigan.

Amazing people!

Seems like they are both under-staffed and under-experienced with their employees. Saw several very frustrated customers trying to complete their rentals and on my 2 visits it was much the same. Very slow and employees who consistently say. 'I don't know how to do ....' Even scheduling was vey poor through the app. Reserved a truck and 2 days before pickup I checked up on it and it said that I am picking my truck up about 3 hours away, not 5 minutes as I scheduled? I called and they said I could pick one up about (2 1/2 hours one-way) ($.99 mi) if I prefer???? I ended up getting a much smaller truck (15') They need to improve dramatically in the customer service area!

We get a U-haul every year to go to California. The morning girls are so helpful and pleasant to deal with. In today's day and age, it's so nice to have pleasant people assist with a smile and know their job.
