We made a one way rental return here and had multiple problems. They charged us as bringing it back late even though it was returned early.

After noticing the charge, I went into the store. Supposedly there's a checkbox someone forgot to make when I returned it so it marked it as late. They said they would refund the charge but ended up not doing it.
I just happened to notice it a month later that the charge was never refunded. After going back into the store again they said someone didn't complete the whole refund process on their end and pushed it through.. hoping it works this time.

Friendly staff but maybe more training is needed. Watch for unexpected charges.

I reserved a 10 foot truck 3 weeks in advance. Three days before pick up, I was informed there were no 10’ trucks so I was switched to a 15’. I drove 45 minutes to pick up the 15’ truck, and alas, there are no 15’ so I was switched again to a 20’. Way too big. I was offered a 15’ to be picked up 40 miles further than I already went. So, tell me, what good is a reservation?
