The service at this location is always exceptional! They are efficient, kind, helpful, and the equipment and storage units are clean and kept in good shape. So much better than the service at the New York locations we've rented from!

Love the units just not how hard it is to get someone on the phone. I never get an answer unless calling the 800 number and they can't help me with what I need help work. Been trying for quite some time to reach the manager there.

I recently visited this place to rent a 6x12 trailer, and I must say, Danica Mackie delivered the most exceptional service I have ever experienced. She deserves a solid 5-star rating for her outstanding assistance throughout the entire process. Danica went above and beyond to ensure that my trailer was prepared and ready to go. Her level of professionalism and expertise were truly remarkable. I can't recommend her enough—she was absolutely phenomenal!

I recently got a storage unit at Uhaul. Although I really dislike the type of locks that you are required to use (their own) because I have had huge problems trying to lock/unlock them. But I do appreciate how helpful Jacob has been and always makes himself available to help this senior citizen! He is an excellent manager!
