They had amazing customer service super helpful. The only problem is they hooked the trailer up said I was good to go and when I got to my destination I was loading some things up and I noticed the pin was nearly completely out! I understand it has saftey chains but it could've seriously hurt or killed somebody or even myself and a friend who was helping me move. I understand it was a mistake and they happen but this could have been a very very bad situation. I went out and bought a new little pin for the big pin myself which of course added miles I got charged for along with paying for a new little pin I just kept in the big pin for them to make sure it doesn't happen to somebody else.

Definitely one of the best U-Hauls around! They go above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need and the equipment is running right especially Jacob! Thank you!!
