Amazing staff and service!! I'm moving
out of state this week and originally booked a 26 foot truck from Budget, and it ended up being a total disaster! Budget told me the day of my scheduled pickup that the truck I ordered was 'delivered to the wrong location'. I was down and out, not knowing what to do. I only had Saturday and Sunday to pack and Budget played games until 12:30pm Saturday before finally telling me they didn't actually have the truck I needed and had scheduled for over a week in advance! I called U-Haul Moving & Storage of Etna and they helped me right away. Kevin was super nice and so helpful! He got me booked right away with just a few quick questions over the phone, told me he would go get the truck swept and ready for me, and literally 30 minutes later when I showed up everything was ready to go! Kevin and his coworker were so efficient, got me set up with everything I needed, and literally saved the day!! They got me on my way as quickly as possible so I didn't waste anymore time and could get to packing. They were both very professional and extremely helpful, and I am very grateful for all their help!! I would absolutely recommend this place a thousand times over!!

I've rented moving trucks at the Etna location several times over the past few years, and it's been a positive experience every time. I'll be back again next time! Thanks!

The guy who checked me into my truck was great, professional, and friendly. But the truck itself…oh boy. Please don’t rent trucks out that have severely bad alignment issues and bad headlights. I had to hold the wheel at 45 degrees to just to go straight. I couldnt see the speedometer the majority of the time. One of the lights was held on by a hope and a prayer and wobbled up and down the entire time so bad that other drivers thought I was flashing my brights at them constantly. I got honked at, flipped off, people got behind me and hit me with their brights. Honestly it kinda sucked.
