Everything went very smoothly and the man that helped us was friendly and knowledgeable.

I went for propane on Friday afternoon I pulled in hit the button by the tank and waited ten minutes and no one came out there was one car besides mine in the parking lot i went inside thinking maybe the button didn’t work one employee was sitting in a chair on sales floor reading a book one was helping a customer rent a trailer other employee was on the phone for about 30 seconds then got off 3 minutes later he finally said how can I help you I said I need to get a propane tank filled he said he’d be right out I waited another 30 minutes before I said I’m done!!!I left an went to the KOA down the road an was helped with in 2 minutes tank filled an on my way u-haul needs to change the way they treat customers it would help if they hired people who wanted to work if I could rate them with a negative star I would have

What I didn't like is how the guy didn't inform me about checking out and I suppose to get emails to do a check list.
