When moving a good thing to have in the vehicle you are using to move is AC. The 10 ft uhaul truck is spent almost $90. On didn't have AC.

Do not use this place to rent from! Reserved a truck on Wednesday to pick up and drive one way to St Augustine with personal belongings. On the day before I got a call telling me they had no 10 ft vans and I had to pick up from Fox Automotive. Drive 2 hours from St Augustine to this facility to find it closed and not a soul or a van anywhere to be found. Called the Eustis facility and told to go to Leesburg 5 more miles up the road. Thank goodness for the staff at the Leesburg facility! They sorted out everything with the exception of not being able to drive one way but having to drive back to Eustis from St Augustine the next day to return the van. This was the most expensive move I have ever made due to the incompetence of the staff at the Eustis facility. Abysmal customer service and will not be using them ever again. Be warned!

9/17/'24. Approximately 2.5 weeks ago, On 8/31/'24, I rented a truck here to move some stuff from my one storage unit in Apopka to my new storage unit in Leesburg. I had no problems with the reservation, with the pick up, or the drop off of the truck. However, there were a few issues: Number one: Their was hardly any parking there for my personal vehicle. Number 2: I could not close out the reservation through the app., when I returned the truck because there's something wrong with the app.. It won't let you do it. I've had this issue before, so I hope that the I.T. people see this and will fix this problem. Other than these two issues, I would recommend this place for anyone who needs to rent a truck.
