The employee Jason did not acknowledge us when we walked in and walked by us to go outside to help another customer and yet still didn't speak to is to even say he'll be right back. Then when he came back in he didn't even look at is to speak.
He asked me if I was dropping of to just give him the key. I let him know it was in the truck and henthen stated he will email my receipt. He did look in the computer to address my drop off and also didn't even say thank yoi or anything eles. Then he lied on how much gas the truck was dropped off at. That's when I was upset even tho he treated me rudely I just let him be thinking maybe he is just having a bad day buy to lie about how much gas was in the truck and then charge me is unacceptable. I already had to wait 3 hours to have the truck fixed duening my moving.

This has got to be the worst storage space I've ever had. They give you a grace period to pay charge you $15 extra after 5 days as they should but they put a red lock on your locker the morning your bill is due.
