U-Haul Moving & Storage of Eustis

After reserving pickup truck and going to uhaul location and waiting for approx 15 mins, I was told that I could not rent from this location as I was not LOCAL.
I live 8.6 miles from the Uhaul location
Have rented there in the past but now I have wasted time, effort and gas for no results.
Terrible way to run a business!

Husband and I are 60+. We needed a small trailer for him to move three things. Well, Saturday there weren't any available so Jason directed me to the website so I could reserve one when they returned to stock. The website was easy to use.

The low cargo deck made loading unwieldy equipment relatively easy for my husband .Jason also offered a couple of tips for securing the cargo that made the job go very smoothly. He's efficient, knowledgeable and most helpful. We highly recommend the Eustis U-Haul branch .

Will not return!

If this is the last place on Earth to rent a moving truck, just unpack your stuff and stay where you’re at. It’s not worth the hastle to deal with this location. Atrocious customer service. I wish I had 2 more hands so I could give them 4 thumbs down.
