U-Haul Moving & Storage of Evansville

I had an online reservation and it was taking too long so I went inside and they took care of me promptly and with great service. The drop off was extremely quick too. I was very impressed overall.

From booking a reservation to picking up and dropping off. Everyone here is awesome, especially Miranda. My business rents from this location for a period of several months yearly and I recommend them highly!

This location accused me of stealing a dolly from them and took $290 off my card. Will not be coming back here

The lady opened early and got us on the road ahead of schedule!

Was trying to explain why it takes 75 minutes to finish a rental vehicle contract... But I already spent too much time with that!
Please have IT check on it.
3 rentals & each time ended up with the location clerk doing the complete rental.
But I can't pay the $10.03 there, only online or phone & then your system failed to clear it out. Had to wait 15 minutes to talk with rep. He saw it immediately and said I don't know why it was not done!

Please let IT know they need to go to an actual location with low signal & try to complete a rental!
Not a major city but one of medium to small ones...
