Miranda was rude and not very helpful. My reservation was for a 10' truck. After 3 changes I got a 15' truck, which was on empty, and 6 to 7 different text and emails. Make sure you take a photo of the gas Guage and the mileage. As you cant prove receiving an empty tank to Miranda. Couldn't get a paper receipt as the pri ter was broke. It was broke the day before. Run from this place, go somewhere else.

Very easy and pleasurable to deal with! Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable!! Equipment is excellent and very well maintained. Highly recommend this place!

You myaswell call this place the DMV due to how long your waiting in line for help. There were 2 guys and only one working with the compentency of a 5 year old. Get ready to have 2 phone numbers and be ready for them to call. I had previously rented a 26 foot box truck with an auto trailer and didnt need to jump through all the hoops they were asking. Dont waste your time with these idiots. Go somewhere else.
