Review:

It's no wonder they have a low rating. Horrible customer service. The lady at the counter could not be more rude or less caring about treating the customer with a shred of decency. Why go through the whole online check in process to then go to pick up the key expedited just to be told you'll have to redo everything with her to verify my card on file that I've used previous times. Defeats the whole purpose of the online check-in. She refused to rent to me because I made the reservation as I have before with my Venmo card which was pre authorized for the rental and ready to go. Of course the time she took with me instead of just handing me the key created a line of 6-8 people. Again, horrible customer service.

I went there looking for information on U Pods. Haley and Jaclynn were the ones who helped me. They did an amazing job answering all my questions, giving me the information on the process, and getting me a quote for my move. I will definitely be using Uhaul for all my moving and hauling needs in the future. Haley and Jaclynn went above and beyond to help me with everything. If you ladies get to see this thank you again for the wonderful service!

Review:

Reserved a 1way truck about a month ago. The day before my move, I find out the truck is not at my location. I'll have to go ride a bus to pick it up. Their response was they don't want to make someone else lose money but they are OK with causing me trouble! Stay away from Uhaul. Money is all they care about not the customer! Wint be back!

This location is convenient due to the hours of operation. They had my rental as scheduled, however the process has some improvements that need to be made. The computers the associates were using were either about to 'crash' or were far too slow to be of any help - making the check in process far too long and inconvenient for the customers. There was a large line of customers when I arrrived and only 2 employees present (1 of which did not know how to properly use their computer system). I made my reservation online but still had to go through many of the same questions and steps at the counter on pick up day. Then the employee asked for a secondary contact and called the number to get a 'verbal confirmation' while I was standing there waiting with others behind me in line. Not only is this step a bit ridiculous, but nothing on the online process mentioned anything about this step. The 3 customers in front of me did not have to do this step, which is why I was confused and irritated that I was asked to. Regardless, cutting down the time for this process and training employees to use the computer system would be extremely beneficial and would likely yield higher customer satisfaction in the future.
