U-Haul Moving & Storage of Evergreen

I returned our truck the day it was due. The person working said that if I needed a paper receipt I would need to wait thirty minutes, but he could check my truck in electronically and it would be taken care of. Then, you guys charged my card $171 for not returning the truck? That’s just plain lazy and sloppy.

I recently had an incredible experience with U-Haul of Evergreen in Kalispell, Montana, that truly went above and beyond my expectations. I rented a 6x12 enclosed trailer from them, but my trip took an unexpected turn when my truck broke down. With the trailer full of valuable items, I was understandably anxious about the situation. I called both AAA and U-Haul for assistance, but there was no one available to help promptly. That's when I spoke to Mike, the manager at U-Haul of Evergreen, and my worries began to ease.

Mike listened to my concerns and assured me that he would do his best to assist me, despite the tight schedule. To my amazement, he called back shortly after and informed me that he couldn't send anyone out in time but would come himself. True to his word, Mike arrived five minutes before the AAA towing service, unhooked the trailer, and ensured it was safe. His timely arrival and hands-on help made a stressful situation much more manageable.

When I arrived back at U-Haul with my other vehicle, I found that Mike had already set the trailer on blocks and prepared it for a smooth hook-up. This level of dedication and customer service is rare and deserves to be recognized. Mike, I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for your exceptional support and for saving the day. Your willingness to go above and beyond for a customer in need is truly commendable.

For anyone in need of truck or trailer rentals, I cannot recommend U-Haul of Evergreen on US 2 highly enough. This is literally the worst storage unit I have ever had experience with. I cannot wait to be done with this U-Haul storage place. Customer service is horrible.

Everything was clean and maintained. Employees were friendly and professional yet personable.

I can't think of anything that can be improved. Everyone was friendly, helpful, professional. My rental truck was clean and well maintained and allowed me to complete moving construction materials safely from point A to point B for a reasonable price.
