The manager was very rude today . I went to drop off a trailer that I got from another location. So as I was pulling off I saw him and another employee come out . I backed up my car and asked if everything was ok . He did not greet me he just asked “ who gave u that trailer ?” I told him I got it at the location on woodland ave in Philly . He said they weren’t supposed to give u that trailer . I asked y ? He said because u don’t have any trailer lights . I said how do u know I don’t have trailer lights ? I can tell by his demeanor that he was gonna be problematic so i already had my phone recording on my lap . He said he saw me unhook the trailer and that he didn’t see me disconnecting any lights . It literally takes a half second to disconnect lights . I also had to open my trunk to tuck the wire back in so idk how he didn’t see all of that . Also my back was turned towards the building so he wouldn’t have been able to see me physically unscrew the trailer either . I got out my car popped the trunk and showed him my light connection wires. He said did everything but apologize . Made excuses that were lies and didn’t make any sense . He told me that I was supposed to show him the lights when I unhooked the trailer or else he would have to charge me . I’m not sure how that it true when they have after hour drop offs . No one is there to show anything . Everything is done before hand . Then he said something about he had to make sure I didn’t take the lights off the trailer . Idk how to uninstall wiring from a trailer . Nothing he said made sense at all . He would rather sound stupid than just apologize to me . I spent $169 getting wiring installed the day before at the Bensalem location . I told him I was going to report him he said he doesn’t care because he’s the manager . That’s the problem now too many chiefs not enough Indians . Manager is such a small title these days idk y he thought to over step his boundaries . I’m a customer not an employee . He’s clearly under qualified for the position as I see many other complaints of him in the reviews .

Staff member was incredibly rude and unpleasant. No manners at all.
