U-Haul Moving & Storage of Ewing at North Olden Ave

Manager is very rude and short. Did not return my greeting, seemed like he wanted to debate instead of helping me. Horrible customer service, left me waiting no one at the front desk for a good 20 minutes. There was however there was a young man with dreadlocks when I first came who was very helpful.

Worst manager company like this could ever have
He’s so rude and he calls some random people to avoid your questions and he makes you do all the procedures from your side hope he gets fired and will never be able to work as a manager again anywhere ?

I went in to pick up the truck from the manager working the counter at 11:30am and he was rude and forced me to into mobile checkout even though he was available to help me. He was sarcastic and made me feel stupid when I was not sure what was happening because I had not planned on mobile checkout. While I was struggling with the mobile checkout process standing at the counter he then proceeded to make a call on the phone totally uninterested in helping me. This person was rude and not at all willing to be kind and helpful. I would not suggest this location to my friends and family for truck rentals.

Poor reception inside the rental building causing challenges to finalize the rental , had to walk outside to get reception. Also I have been charged 3 times so far for this rental and I am waiting for it to clear up..
