I forgot her name but the lady that took care of me while on the store was very polite. I asked if I could change the box truck to a pickup truck because all I needed was to use the automotive trailer that I also rented from them. The box truck and trailer was already hooked together by the time of my arrival and she was more than happy to go outside in the cold and swap them for me! Excellent customer service.

I will not use this location again due to the lack of accountability and oversight. The scheduling manager and site manager provided conflicting information regarding pick-up and drop-off times and charges. My communication with the scheduling manager was not updated in the system, resulting in overcharging. The employee I returned the truck to said there were no extra charges, but I was still overcharged. The location manager was unhelpful and unprofessional. I give the store manager, Ken, and the scheduling/reservation department a zero rating. You should be ashamed of your lack of accountability and integrity. After calling the company again, I spoke with Terrell (T.J.), an E-Customer Service Agent, who was helpful, professional, and kind. He refunded the overcharges, and my issue was solved. Thank you, Mr. Terrell D

The U Haul location was blocks away from where the moving took place. The box truck was perfect and the day went great. I would use U Haul again and definitely recommend them.
