Luis J. and Ramon P. were huge helps when I rented the truck. The last time I had to rent a truck you didn't need to reserve a truck so I showed up and had no reservation. Luis J. did some magic and found me a truck and I was on my way. I dropped off the truck later that day to Ramon P. and gave me a discounted rate per mile because he saw the trip was over 100 miles, which was very appreciated.
