U-Haul Moving & Storage of Feasterville

Best truck rental in the area. In past 6 month this is 3rd time using their service. Today I actually got back past time of closure and still on of the employees(Daryl) helped me out! Will definitely come back thanks to good service!

This review is 1.5 years overdue and I can only speak for who I dealt with, but I needed to note that Nitefah G was so wonderful to work with! I had a TERRIBLE experience across the street at Avis Car Rental (do NOT go there) and Nitefah saved the day. I was moving multiple states away that day and Avis completely f'd up and wouldn't resolve their issue. Nitefah got me set up with a brand new, and larger, moving van, helped me with the nearest drop off location to my new address, and assisted with the best pricing. She was the only pleasant one there! Very thankful she was working that day.

Customer service was top tier from Daryl and Bruce they helped with everything I needed and made the process go very smooth!!!

Maybe it's just my frustration speaking but I've been to this location 4 times in an attempt to get propane tanks filled and every time I'm either told that there's no one certified to do it or I'm met with a tiny paper sign that says the propane fill station is closed. They shouldn't even have signs saying propane is a service if I can't get propane while living behind them.

Hermis and Andrea are awesome! They work together very symbiotically and U-Haul is luck to have these ladies.( If I spelled the names wrong I’m sorry)
