“Today, I had a terrible experience with this company, specifically with assistant manager Andrea Santosusso. I made a reservation for a trailer and arrived at the location at the specified time. After waiting a long time for an employee, I asked her to hurry, especially since she was on the phone clearly not discussing work-related matters. Customers are not a priority for her. After some time, I asked again if I could pick up my rented trailer, to which I received an unpleasant, raised-voice response, and then she refused to give me the trailer. When I asked why I couldn’t take it, she replied that she simply didn’t want to give me the trailer; it was her personal decision.

“That’s how I ended up wasting a lot of time and having a bad experience. I’d like to note that with this employee, I constantly have some kind of issues.
