Excellent assistance with the rental. The two employees who helped with the rental were friendly and helped pick the right size trailer for what I needed. They assisted with the hookup, and made the process seamless. Would highly recommend this location based on the assistance alone.

The amount of fees from uhaul makes it seem like they nickel and dime you for everything they can. Don’t get me wrong a business has to make money but they literally charged me for a day because I was late to drop off by 30 seconds. On top of that I filled the truck past the quarter mark and they never called me when they switched my locations. If there is a better option take it.

A BUNCH OF SCAMMERS. I would give zero stars if possible. This was the absolute WORST experience I have EVER had. It started with a phone call that 'for some reason' my car wouldn't turn on. Turns out, the man (Bruce) installing my hitch completely incorrectly installed the wiring, causing my car's fuse to blow. My car would not turn on and we almost had to tow it to the dealer. Throughout all of this, Bruce did not take any accountability that it was his fault. Both my mechanic and the Toyota dealership instantly said that it was his fault for installing the wiring incorrectly, yet he still would not take any responsibility for it. After we resolved the fuse issue, he continued to install my hitch. The following day, it was brought to my attention that while on the drive moving states, my trailer lights were not working. Turns out, the wiring yet again was installed incorrectly, and the hitch was also installed incorrectly. While on the phone with the manager, he also completely dismissed our issues and yet again took zero accountability for their wrong-doings. Yet again, my car fuses kept blowing and my car would not turn on due to the incorrect installation from this location. As a result, we had to do an emergency stop at a mechanic along the way, and then another emergency stop at another U-haul location. Consequently, my move to a different state was delayed and I missed my first day of work as a healthcare worker. The entire time, the staff at this location completely dismissed all of my complaints, and ultimately stopped answering my phone calls. Above all, two lives were endangered, along with everyone's lives on the road, due to these people. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND EVER GOING HERE FOR ANY U-HAUL NECESSITIES. I have NEVER experienced anything this bad and such incredibly unprofessional people. AWFUL and DANGEROUS experience.

THERE ARE SCAMMERS WORKING HERE! Do not drive away with the truck until all the data is correct! Or better yet, find another honest company. Otherwise, you will pay more than you agreed upon. Once they receive your credit card information, they will charge you for miles and services they did not provide. Read my and other reviews on how this company makes money by deceiving its customers.

When I rented a truck, I noticed that the mileage on the odometer and in the paper order did not match. I contacted the manager and he told me that he corrected everything and I could drive, but in fact, the manager did not correct anything. As a result, they wrote off $ 218 more for the extra miles that I did not drive.
I disputed this transaction with the bank. Now they continue to lie to the bank and provide fake documents. According to these fake documents, I picked up the truck not in Fasterville, but in Ohio and on a completely different date. They also say that I returned the truck in a different place and dirty, although no one inspected it, and they wrote off the extra money immediately when I parked the truck and pressed the button in the mobile app. They also lie that they talked to me about it and I was rude to their employee, although no one called me.

Now it's not about money, it's a matter of principle, they not only deceived me, but also slandered me. I have all the photos of my evidence. Now the lawyer will deal with this.
