Overall smooth, good service. I hate the half-gas tank policy, and you should always check the gas level before leaving the storage. They said the tank half full, but there was 3/8 left. So double check and inform them before driving.

They should make sure the trailer beds are clean before renting.

Truck was clean but in bad condition. Sun-visor kept falling off hook and distracting my driving. I also was charged for gas even though I returned the truck with the same amount of gas I left with. I only drove a little over 29 miles. The 10-foot U-Haul truck averages 13 miles per gallon, so for 29 miles:
I used approximately 2.23 gallons of gas—which I have a receipt to prove I put that much back into the truck. I was supposed to get a credit not be charged??!! Went from 19.99 to almost 100 bucks for just 1.5 hrs.

The staff were not knowledgeable about the rental rates or the amount of money that needed to be put down as a deposit.
