Ordered a hitch online went to pick up in store as it wasn't available its has been three weeks and still no refund worst customer service ever totally unacceptable

I was recently double billed for a transaction that was reserved 3 weeks in advance. After numerous attempts to have the matter reviewed they indicated that they realized the error but made every excuse NOT to return the funds. I will NEVER do business with this location again. The North Carolina office that made the reservation indicated that the refund of $100.00 should have been refunded as this store location made an error. Be careful in your interactions with this company as I believe that they CHEATED me and disregarded every effort to correct their error largely due to my Race. I have been a Financial Management Analyst for 30 years in the Federal Government..I have Definitely been Vheated by this organization and I fully intend to take action to regain my funds..Be Careful African American consumers within Florence SC..This organization is NOT Trustworthy or Ethical.
