I’m so done with this company. They never answer the phone and you’re always forwarded to a call center who also can never reach the store(s)as well. Always out of stock of something you need. Very quick to put a red lock on your unit if you’re behind on your payment, but when you pay it takes days to get you access again. Digital Code to access storage don’t work, and they stop issuing the cards that did work. Employees half the time have an attitude and this is the entire company abroad not just one location. Call center will leave notes for employees in store of which they ignore… I really hope U-Haul goes out of business this company is a joke.
