While it may not have been the fault of this location, I can't say my experience was amazing.

One of the key items I needed for this move was both the truck and the appliance dolly as I had a washer and dryer to relocate.

I was advised that unless I got lucky and one had been left in the truck, that they had none (which is requiring me to make other arrangements to complete my moving process). That apparently there was a general shortage of all of their dollies around the area.

With a reservation made over a week and a half in advance, it would have been nice for the company to advise people that their stores didn't have stock of key items.

this was the best experience we have had at this Uhaul and any Uhaul from the start to the end. The staff was great!!
