U-Haul Moving & Storage of Forest Park

Staff is always kind and friendly with my rentals, I have been a regular customer for over a year and they are always willing to help me.

Ok so I recently rented a truck to drove over 1300 yet I moved to Texas and for some reason the guy dat called me this morning asking me where the truck was I was like wut? So he said I was supposed to return it to forest park I’ll when I’m it Texas but the chick on the reception never said anything about me returning in to forest parks I move to Austin Texas now my bill is 5500.00 for taking it back to Texas facility

I have used this location several times. I had a storage here, also, for a short while. They are accommodating and responsive here. Would recommend.

The staff was awesome and the facility was nice and clean I would recommend them too family and friends keep up the good work ?

You best know how to self check in/out. It's all via app. Took an hour to work. Had to walk 50' south to confirm that I was at right location.
Then there's the key is in lock #5....only goes to #4?
Finally found in side the truck.
