U-Haul Moving & Storage of Forest Park

Tried to charge me 1000 dollars for leaving it at the Cicero u haul. This place sucks toes. And the parking entry is a mess. Would give zero stars if possible. ?

BAD SERVICE!!! I made a reservation 5 days before and scheduled the pick up at 7 am I got there at 8 am and the lady that was there told me that they gave my truck to someone else because I got there too late, I’ve rented trucks before with U-haul and never had this problem until now, this location 801 s harlem ave in forest park is the worse
