Make sure your staff checks in our equipment as soon as we return it. I returned my equipment yesterday around 2:15 PM. Received a text message this morning stating that. You guys were attempting to reach me regarding the equipment I returned yesterday if that text message wouldn’t have not been sent to me. The equipment that I returned yesterday would have never been checked in and probably would’ve been charged another $49.00 regarding the equipment that was supposedly by one of your staff that removed the equipment from my truck and told me he would finalize everything was supposed to have been checked in when I dropped it off, but instead, I had to call today to make sure someone walked out there and checked that I had returned it

Had a task to do Sunday and needed a trailer. Stopped by and the store was busier than I assumed they would be. I had to wait in line 30 mins while the two employees diligently worked through each customer. I took it upon myself to go online and reserve the trailer I needed in hope to expedite my time at the counter and it did. The after-hours eturn process was easy as well. The UHAUL process is pretty streamlined. If you could find away to maybe use kiosks in the stores to free up the employees is the only thing I see could help you with volume and the lack of labor needs.

Returned the truck I rented and the guy behind the counter never said a word when I said “I’m returning my truck” he walked out to it without saying a word and then I called over to him afterwards to ask if he needed anything else from me and if I was good to go, all he said was “mhm”. Very unprofessional. Everything was a good experience until that point it aggravated me.

They asked for an early return because they wanted to rent the next day but then charged me an extra 20 dollars for after hours return no one told about it and they asked me to return it that night

Equipment was good condition. Customer service friendly. Good price.
