It is a very efficient service

They were very knowledgeable & helpful, only reason I didn’t give a 5 rating was they failed or I didn’t hear it, about the mileage fee, but we needed it an extra day & I just had to notify ahead of needing that, simple process all worked out great, & the 1 month free storage was a big plus!!

If U-Haul had a frequent flyer program I would be Platinum! So I have experience enough to recommend the U-Haul facility at 200 Irwin Ave Fort Walton Beach. This is a company store so they have the best inventory in all trailer or truck sizes. Combined with great service from a friendly and experienced crew, they are my 'go to' facility!

Traveling from Georgia to Florida, during the process. Ms. Gennie and the staff was so Helpful & nice during my arrival to the location of dropping off the auto transporter. Even, viewing the storage (reservation over the phone) Ms. Gennie was able to assist me in change the storage to a bigger unit. I recommend this location, awesome staff and great service. I will be using their services again in the future.
