Service was amazing and super simple I’d never done this before and wasn’t sure what I was doing but it was so easy will definitely use this again

They raised the rates on my unit without notification and when I signed agreement at a set price. Poor business practices. Go elsewhere.

made a reservation for a cargo van 7 days in advance , get a call 2 hours before I am supposed to pick it up to be told they have nothing for me, they overbooked , weeks of planning ruined , they are the worst and I will never use them again or ever recommend them to anyone , beware if you use them they might just screw up your move and cause you great harm due to their complete lack of responsibility in running a rental business .

We had a vehicle disaster with bad weather on top of it. Had to get a vehicle from the rez to Farmington. Rented a truck. Customer service was excellent. Shawn was outstanding and called to let us know we left a valuable item in the truck after we returned it. She was diligent in calling us before we got too far out of town. Went back and picked up the item. I felt she truly cared about us. Thanks Shawn ??
