U-Haul Moving & Storage of Four Corners

The truck was very clean. The truck ran very smoothly and had plenty of power. The staff in Grand Junction, Colorado and in Farmington, New Mexico were very friendly and helpful. The only issue that I had was the 257 miles allowed. This would have required that I travel south on Hwy 550 over three major mountain passes on Labor Day weekend. I do not have an issue driving mountain passes. I have safety concerns stacking up traffic behind me on 2-lane highways. I chose to travel west on I-70, then travel south thru Moab, Monticello, Cortez, Shiprock, and then arriving in Farmington. The extra fee was worth the peace of mind of not having a caravan of traffic stacking up behind me. Too bad that U-Haul does not recognize that being safe with their inventory would help with a discount.

We rented a U-Haul in Denver to be dropped off in Farmington NM after unloading, and every aspect of the move went so smooth, from speaking with the online person who got everything set up to dropping off the truck. Everyone was personable, knowlegeable and willing to answer all questions. The vehicle drove nicely, even while towing a trailer behind. We will definitely rent through U-Haul again.

The team at the Farmington Uhaul are amazing! They were able to get us a rental the same day and after they got us hooked up, discovered our taillight connector was completely corroded. Chelsea quickly swapped out the connector and had us on the road in less than 15 mins! The team here is knowledgeable, helpful, and know the meaning of true customer service. I would definitely recommend this location!
