Love the trucks, love the service people can't stand that the corporation wants to funnel everyone through their single system. If I can't speak directly with the local provider I'll go somewhere else. I had a CS person tell me that they 'forward all their calls to us' after I suggested they really weren't busy, but this saves UHaul money she admitted that was probably the motivation. Who trusts a business, with trucks broken down on the side of the highway to not be focused on 'saving a buck or two here and there'?
My advice with UHaul 1) snap a image of the dashboard for proof of mileage and fuel level
2) check the oil level before you even leave the lot.
If there are any other truck rental companies around, choose another.

Very helpful
Had an extremely unpleasant time dealing with George the long haired guy. George had a terrible attitude l, didn't explain multiple key points of the rental and process for return. He was rude the entire time. I was not provided a printed contract when picking up the trailer and he was pissed I didn't have it despite me offering to show him my digital copy. Spare yourself and use literally any of the other uhaul locations in town

I came to pick up a box truck and car dolly combo. The website mentioned nothing about this not being possible at this location. Two employees couldn’t even explain to me why, then a heavy set Hispanic lady with wavy hair and glasses said it’s because it’s a “corporate store” or something policy related. So I said I would rent dolly elsewhere. She said no they can’t do that either. So I said oh that’s ok then on the dolly. She threw my id at me and said, “K! Have a good day!” I said, “no, I’ll still take the truck. I’ll get the car towed.” She said, “no, we’re not going to rent to you.m at all.” This entire time, she barely made eye contact and when I asked for somebody higher up, she threw two business cards at me and said “you can call them.” Not once did I treat them with any disrespect and I really don’t appreciate being discriminated against for whatever reason they have. Upon speaking to my father who worked in a business in front of their store, I was told they have had SEVERAL issues between employees and customers, it’s nothing new. I sincerely hope Chellsie Brady, the general manager, sees this. If it’s an issue with policy, I understand. I was going to have the vehicle towed by 505 Towing at that point, so I wasn’t breaking any policy and was turned down from service for no reason. I had a valid ID and credit card and had just rented a week ago. The experience went from A-1, 5 Star service to BELOW zero stars if that was even an option…
