I had an extremely frustrating experience at this U-Haul location. The employee was uncooperative and provided minimal information about available options. Initially, he said we could rent a van or trailer, but once we began the rental process, he informed us that we couldn't take either out of town and would be charged an additional $300 if we returned them to a different location. I decided to cancel the rental and thanked him for wasting my time. I then went to the U-Haul in Natick, where I was able to rent a van in under 15 minutes with no extra fees for returning it to a different location. Save yourself the trouble and take your business elsewhere.

This U-Haul facility was Fabulous in the location of Framingham-SouthBorough.I thought of renting a truck from Penske but changed my mind to U-Haul.First of all, the truck Pick-up service was easy and quick.The staff was so friendly and helped me in loading the equipment.The staff provided the detailed information about renting and storage process.On the next day truck return process went smoothly through U-Haul App. Highly recommend this facility for renting a truck???
