Chrissy is remarkably talented. Thanks for having her as a team member. She is knowledgeable, intelligent, independent, interesting, processional, efficient and helpful! The facility is conveniently located and clean. Staff was helpful in setting up equipment. Properly set reservations as promised. I Will rent here again.

Jalen is an exceptional employee. Very polite and helpful. The car trailer we reserved was ready when promised. The drop off location in another state was less than a mile from our hotel. Jalen was very helpful in that respect. Thank Jalen for all your help. We will definitely be using this location again.

The associates are great, but the crap w the u haul e alert was ridiculous. I went inside and everything. Waited 2 hours all together on hold w customer service and in store waiting on call. Awful phone customer service. But u haul location was clean and employees were kind.

Went through twice today for various shipping boxes. People are nice and easy to deal with. Store is very clean. Can’t complain.
