Great experience

Very, very poor experience. Unit was infested with rats, with rat dropping everywhere. HORRIBLE manager, Jose need demotion or training, on customer service or road safety. Reservation was cancelled without even letting me know though I was only 40 mins behind, truck missing gas cap and if I didn't point it out that's how they would let me leave the lot, major safety concern, no one walked around the vehicle with me, no instruction on basic operation, where documentation for vehicle was along with the fact that I was informed that if I didn't return the vehicle before the 24 hrs. I am paying for I would be responsible for $250 in charges. I worked and managed rental facilities and vehicle location in the past and based off interaction with manager Jose he is clueless to customer service and safety requirements. Def never using this service again. Enterprise truck rental all the way.

The unit I was given is horrible. There's a hole in the roof where rain water leaks in, water from the roof drain also gets into my unit because the drain is missing a downspout. Right next to it, there's also the remnant of a hive, and my unit has rodent droppings all over the place. One of my boxes (that I know of) looks like a little animal had gotten into it and started chewing at antique books. So now I have a lot of worthless irreparable, irreplaceable antique books that used to be valuable.
