Don't get me started. There website is a circus. You can't get anyone on the phone locally and why on earth would they BOAST ' they were Happy to extend your trucks if they really aren't They gave us such a hard time. Wanted us to bring a 10 ft truck Back to pick up another 10 ft truck. Who has that kind of time while moving and what sense does that even make? The local office in Binghamton is ok but wen I took my truck back in early hours a female employee gave me a very hard time and called her's nan' to try to get me off the property. I'm a girl. I was waiting for them to open and it was cold so I was sitting in the truck THAT I PAID FOR! she was rude and conditioning. Uhall being short on trucks is like the library being short on book. Get a grip on your web site as well U-Haul. For God sakes , people moving don't need your stress or unprofessional attitude. Someone else needs to start a similar business. It's NEEDED. Not done with the snotty employee yet. Corporate is getting an earful. How dare her call some random man to give me a hard time. I felt unsafe.
